FVSU’s College of Agriculture, Family Sciences and Technology is Georgia’s top producer of African-American students who earn bachelor’s degrees in agriculture, agriculture operations and related sciences. The Cooperative Extension Program at Fort Valley State University provides practical, solution-oriented learning opportunities for those persons who do not or cannot participate in formal classroom instruction offered on the campus.
